PUFFED INGREDIENTS
Our puffed cereals and legumes have many applications and can be included as instant cereals in baking, in chocolate products, granola and muesli mixes, cereal bars, protein bars, etc.
Our puffing technology is based on steam and pressure where the cereal increases in size while achieving a light crunch and great taste. The assortment includes gluten and gluten free ingredients.
Different categories are offered:
- Fully puffed; lighter crunch, large size
- Semi-puffed; harder crunch - smaller size; good for instant dishes like salads or risottos
- Coated puffs; flavoured and colorful cereals
- Puffed flours; puffed cereals milled into flours; especially suited for gluten free baking
