Our defatted nut & seed flours are a residual product from our oil production.
After gently pressing the oil seeds, the mask that remains are gently dried before being ground into a defatted high-protein flour.
Our defatted nut & seeds flours does not only deliver a high-protein content they also contain more nutrients and more taste than standard cereal flours.
Applications are many: baking purposes, breakfast products like granola or porridges, protein products in general, bars, etc.
